Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns on our clearcoat, however may accept returns for other items. Please shoot us an email prior to shipping back.
How does my return process work?
Once approved, we will send a shipping label for you to return the order.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds.
Our products include consumable and chemical components that cannot be safely resold or quality-verified once they leave our facility. Even if an item appears unused, we cannot confirm how it was stored, handled, or exposed to temperature changes during shipping or after delivery. In addition, results depend on factors outside of our control, including the condition of the headlight lens, surface preparation, weather conditions, and application technique. Because of this, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping F.A.Q.
How long does shipping typically take?
Our Restorations can only be shipped by Ground due to Hazardous Material policies, which means they can take anywhere from 3-7 Business days. All other products are shipped priority, which can take between 3-5 business days.
How do I know when my package will arrive?
You will get a tracking number sent via email once your packages have shipped.
