Returns

Clear coat products can't be returned once shipped, opened or unopened, because they're classified as hazardous materials. Accessories such as sandpaper, the masking tape dispenser and the air blower may be returned with prior approval. Please submit a request through our contact form before shipping anything back.

Submit a request through our contact form first with your order number and the accessory you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you return instructions. Returns sent without approval can't be accepted. Clear coat products can't be returned under any circumstances due to product integrity and safety standards.

No, we do not offer refunds on clear coat products.
Our products include consumable and chemical components that cannot be safely resold or quality-verified once they leave our facility. Even if an item appears unused, we cannot confirm how it was stored, handled, or exposed to temperature changes during shipping or after delivery. In addition, results depend on factors outside of our control, including the condition of the headlight lens, surface preparation, weather conditions, and application technique. Because of this, it cannot be returned or refunded.

All orders ship UPS Ground. Because our clear coat is classified as a hazardous material, it can't ship by air. Orders ship within 2 business days, and UPS Ground transit usually takes 3–10 business days depending on distance.

You will get a tracking number sent via email once your packages have shipped.
