Refund policy

Clear Coat Products: No Returns

NextGen Headlight Restoration Clear Coat is an aerosol product classified as a hazardous material. Because we cannot safely resell or restock returned hazardous products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped. This applies to both opened and unopened products.

Accessory Returns

Accessories such as sandpaper, the masking tape dispenser and the air blower can be returned only if they are unused and the return is approved by email first. Please email us at sales@nextgenheadlightsolutions.com before shipping anything back. Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Used accessories can't be returned.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to appear. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Defective Products

If a can sputters, won't spray, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number, clear photos of your headlights, and a photo of the bottom of the can showing the batch number. Once we review it, we'll send a replacement.

Wrong or Missing Items

If we sent the wrong item or your order is missing something, contact us with your order number and we'll ship the correct item or the missing quantity as quickly as possible.

Lifetime Warranty

Our headlight restoration kits include a Limited Lifetime Warranty. It covers oxidation, hazing, or yellowing that returns after a successful application. It does not cover improper application, flaking caused by incorrect prep or application, drips or runs, or curing problems. Warranty claims are fulfilled with a replacement kit only; no monetary refunds are issued. To file a claim, send us your order number, vehicle year, make, and model, and clear photos of your headlights.
