Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We primarily ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, or USPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Hazardous Materials Shipping (Clear Coat)

Due to carrier regulations, our UV clear coat products are classified as hazardous materials.

This means:

  • Clear coat products must be shipped via ground shipping only
  • Expedited or air shipping is not available for orders containing clear coat
  • Shipping times may be slightly longer due to these restrictions

We strictly follow all guidelines set by carriers such as UPS and USPS to ensure safe and compliant delivery.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • Due to hazardous material regulations, we are unable to ship clear coat products internationally
  • Certain remote areas may experience extended delivery times

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
